COMFEST



The Department of Commerce is always abuzz with a plethora of activities and has become a dynamic venue where brilliant minds representing different states converge and share their vast reserves of knowledge and skills. To keep up with the pace of development of the students, our college had organised its first ever intercollegiate commerce fest COMFEST 2020 on 10th February, 2020. The inaugural function was graced by Dr. Macnoble M D’cruz while the valedictory function was witnessed by honorable Professor Mrs. Amruta Jadhav.

The fest with a multitude of twists and turns had five events viz -

  • QuizZeria
  • Talk Rocks
  • ComExcellence
  • Mad Ads
  • Oasis

Colleges from within the vicinity of Vasai and Virar viz., GG College, Viva College, Vartak College, VidyaVardhini College, participated enthusiastically in the plethora of activities organised in COMFEST 2020. Each activity had a good number of participants and the incharge of the events promoted a competitive spirit amongst all the students.

The events were judged by brilliant, clear sighted, unbiased, and ones having the best knowledge in respective fields. Each and every judge was in awe of the performance and the interest of students in various activities.

The day’s events ended with the prize distribution ceremony where the Principal and the guest awarded the winners and runners up of various events. On the whole, the event became a huge success and was able to set a great impact on the students thereby adhering to its motto- “THINK. CHANGE. IMPACT.”
