In 2010, the Narsinh Govindrao Vartak Junior College was established. Along with the science department which was initially established was accompanied by an IT department and Computer science. More than 700 students have passed out from the Science faculty and presently it has 160 students enrolled in it. The teaching faculty at this college are well-educated and highly qualified. There are several competitions and college festivals organized. The college help the students to grow and achieve their goals by allowing them to participate in various activities like science exhibition, scientific sketch, seminars, PPT. etc
