IQAC Introduction
Under the canopy of Agashi Virar Arnala Education Society, at Padmashree Bhausaheb Vartak College we aim to provide tradition of liberal learning which encourages the growth of broad minded students, and promotes reflection, self-understanding and a sense of self-worth in all students. We accord prime importance to the behavioural discipline, moral integrity and cognitive developments of our students.
The IQAC Committee was established in 2022. The main mission of the IQAC is to create a mechanism for focused, consistent, and continuous improvement in each aspect of the institution. The members of the committee meet on a regular basis to discuss and initiate quality improvement strategies.
Some of the functions of the IQAC are:
- To create quality parameters for the institution's numerous academic and administrative activities.
- To assist in creating a learner-centric environment.
- To foster a quality culture within the organization.
- To compile the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) in accordance with NAAC rules and parameters for timely submission to NAAC.
- To aid in the documenting of the numerous activities that lead to quality improvement.
