The present President of Agashi Virar Arnala Education Society, Shri Vikas Narsinh Vartak ,a visionary leader established Narsinh Govindrao Vartak Junior College in 2011 and Padmashree Bhausaheb Vartak College in 2016 as an answer to the ever-increasing demand for setting up educational institutions of higher education.
