The placement cell provides a good platform for the students and the companies as well, so that the collaboration is mutually beneficial. The mission is to assist the student in becoming self-reliant, to improve their soft skills, and to build life skills and self-confidence through value-based education.

All graduate and under graduate Students of Padmashree Bhausaheb Vartak College avail of this facility every year. Placement training programs are provided to the students to cope with interview fear. The placement cell also facilitates students attending job fairs organized at different places in the city.

The students are given a platform to enter into sectors like IT, BFSI, banking, media, and non-IT streams, etc.
